Stunning and Sophisticated
What was your favorite feature?
My favorite feature of the Nesrine gown is the asymmetrical neckline. Wedding dresses can start to look the same after a while, but this neckline is truly unique. I also loved the train with the buttons running all the way down—it added just the right amount of drama and elegance. The dress moved beautifully and photographed so well, like one seamless, sculptural silhouette.
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I felt absolutely gorgeous in my wedding dress. Nesrine is sleek and sophisticated, and it complemented my shape beautifully, which was especially important to me since I’m only 5’3”. I added a touch of lace over the sheer back panel (I know, the sheer back is one of the most striking features of Nesrine!) to make it a bit more modest and help me feel comfortable showing my back. Overall, I felt like a Hollywood star in this gown—glamorous, confident, and the most radiant version of myself.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
My husband and I were married in Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado on a beautiful day in early September, just as the leaves were beginning to change. We celebrated with 40 of our closest family and friends during an intimate ceremony and reception overlooking the Rocky Mountains. From the crisp weather to the sweeping mountain views, our day was perfect in every way— made even more special by the talented vendors who brought it all together.
