Burton Gown

What was your favorite feature?
It’s so hard to pick just one favorite feature of the Burton gown; it was the combination of many things that made this the perfect dress for me! The beading is absolutely beautiful and very unique, the flared sleeves felt like me, the silhouette and fabric was amazing, and unique open back was fabulous!
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
The best thing about this gown is how it made me feel. I found the gown online and it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for esthetically. It was the first dress I tried on and I knew instantly that it was THE dress! I felt beautiful, confident, sexy, and classic all at the same time; what more can you ask for! The moment that I really knew it was the dress for me was when my best friend said “This dress is so you. It has Abby written all over it.”
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
My husband and I got married in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Our ceremony was at the Mayflower Society House, in the gardens, and our ceremony was at East Bay Grille, on the Plymouth waterfront. We live in Plymouth and truly love our town, which is why we chose to get married there! We wanted our wedding to represent us and include all the things we love (classic details with a modern flair, delicious food, a raw bar, nonstop dancing, and a strong focus on family and friendships).
