How did you feel in your wedding dress?
After gaining weight during the pandemic, I was really nervous about wearing a wedding dress. The last thing I wanted was to feel self-conscious on my wedding day, and my hope came true with this dress. I got so many compliments and felt absolutely amazing in the dress. It was comfortable all night and did a great job of hugging my curves in the right places.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
My husband and I were married in October 2021 at at the foot of a mountain near Lake Tahoe. The ceremony and cocktail hour were outdoors among the trees, but dinner and dancing were inside. With such dramatic landscapes, we wanted our style choices to be simple and elegant. This dress fit right into our black-tie optional, mountain vibe.

The train! The train on this dress is hands down the money piece! Absolutely stunning and breath taking!
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I felt beautiful! Being a heavier bride, I always pictured myself in a ball gown style wedding dress with sleeves to hide my stomach and flabby arms. Bracken Lynette made me feel beautiful and I was the most confident I have ever been, in that wedding dress!
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
I had always dreamed of a fall wedding. This Canadian fall has been so unpredictable with weather. Our big day came, it was beautifully sunny and warm for an Oct 29th outdoor ceremony! From love, laughs, family and partying, our day was beyond anything we could’ve ever imagined!
