The dress that felt the most "me"
What was your favorite feature?
I searched for a long time for a dress that had a high neckline and open back, while being form fitting. Many were too conservative or the wrong shape. I saw pictures of the Bella Rose gown online and knew it had potential to be everything I was looking for, and was so happy to find I was right! I loved the key-hole back detailing with subtle buttons - by far my favorite feature.
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I felt confident, beautiful, and most importantly like myself. Many dresses felt either young (almost like prom dresses) or too conservative. I wanted simple but a little something extra and this dress had everything I was hoping for! Plus it was comfortable, which was a huge bonus as we got married on a ranch outdoors. I felt like myself but also very bridal which is what every bride should feel like!
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
We had the most amazing wedding on a beautiful ranch in Jackson, WY. It was intimate - about 50 people total from all over the country. The ceremony was outside on the lawn with the Teton mountain range in the background. After our "I dos," the horses were released into the pasture as we kissed! It truly was magical, but being surrounded by our friends and family made it all the more special. An intimate sit down dinner followed along with dancing to a country rock band.
