My favorite feature was the train! The detail of the lace on the train was gorgeous and bustled beautifully. It was dramatic and romantic.
I felt like a princess! It was extremely flattering. I was able to personalize my dress by taking a few layers of the tulle out and adding a piece of my late father-in-law’s handkerchief under the dress as my “something blue.”
Our wedding day was absolutely my “happily ever after!” We waited a long time as my wedding was postponed twice due to Covid-19. I bought my dress pre-Covid and still loved my dress after all that time (and kept it a secret from my guests and husband). We had a church ceremony, followed by a ballroom reception on a gloomy and rainy July day. Despite the rain (and no outdoor pictures), we had an amazing day!

The train was the best part!! It truly made me feel like a princess living my own fairytale!
I truly have never felt so beautiful!!
January 20th 2022 was truly a fairytale dream come true! We got married at a venue where we felt like we truly we’re a prince and princess getting married. My wedding dress was one of my favorite parts of the entire wedding. I felt like a princess and all my pictures truly came out perfect. It was the best day ever!!

I loved the train and appliqué detailing of the dress. It wasn’t a standard floral design and it was unique.
Being plus sized with a larger chest my biggest fear when wedding dress shopping was not finding a dress that didn’t compliment my body or personality and having to settle for just a dress. For the majority of my life any formal dress I had to wear was uncomfortable mainly because either I was spilling out or chose a dress that constricted me. My dress chose me. The moment I put it on everything fell into place and I finally felt beautiful in a dress. This wasn’t just a dress it was my dress.
Like many brides of 2020, my husband and I had to postpone our big day. When our new wedding day finally came it was like all the stress of planning a wedding during a pandemic melted away and everything fell into place. Our day was on a beautiful sunny day in June 2021 at the Bush House Estate in northeastern Pennsylvania. Surrounded by family and friends we had not seen in well over a year. Our goal for the day was to be candidly us and enjoy finally being married.

There is so much I loved about this dress from the lace details to the blush color to the buttons and the sweetheart neckline and scoop back. The train was to die for! I received so many compliments and I felt absolutely gorgeous on my best day!
I felt like a true princess!
Our wedding was supposed to be March 28, 2020 but covid had other plans and we were forced to cancel. We ended up eloping and then had our big wedding on August 9, 2020. We got married in a chapel at the beach. I got to marry my best friend in front of all of our closest loved ones!

The lace and truly timeless silhouette.
Being a plus size bride was a bit much in the beginning of dress shopping. I would have people telling me to just "hold the dress up" to myself to see how it would look, my mom pulled this dress off the rack, and as soon as I tried it on it fit PERFECTLY, it was so flattering and perfect.Only alterations were to shorten the gown. Kept the extra lace so that when I have kids I can sew a piece onto a teddy bear for them and be able to pass down a piece on their wedding day as their something old.
We got married in November at a historic hotel in downtown Tucson, Arizona. Our day was filled with family from England, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, and various states in the US. We were surrounded with an overwhelming amount of joy, love, and laughter. It was far from picture perfect, that in the end that is totally what made for the perfect day. I wish we could do it again every year.
