I felt like a princess all night. Everyone kept telling me how the dress was made for me and just so beautiful.

We got married at The Barn at Monterey Valley, in Allegan, MI, on a perfect sunny day, 10.01.21, surrounded by family and friends.

Maggie Sottero is what dreams are made of!
What was your favorite feature?
When picking out my dress I constantly used the phrase, "I want to look like a fairy princess", and my Maggie Sottero dress did just that! I knew I wanted something with tons of sparkle so the beaded bodice and glitter tulle skirt of my dress is what really sold me on it. The shape was so flattering and at the end of the day, my dress gave the perfect ethereal vibes.
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I felt like an actual fairy in my dress. I was so comfortable and happy and my dress and it gave me the confidence to have the best day ever.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
My husband and I eloped in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California among the redwood trees. We wanted something foresty and unique, so eloping was the best choice for us. The best thing about our wedding was the intimacy. My husband and I are very private and spend almost all of our time together, so getting married privately definitely sounded like something we would do. Plus the adventure was a dream come true!

What was your favorite feature?
I love my dress so much it is difficult to choose a favourite feature! I love the exquisite detail on the body, the champagne colour but mostly the way the dress elegantly falls and sparkles.
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I felt like a real life princess! The dress is so beautiful and classy. It felt so special to wear it and made me feel unique like I’ve never experienced before.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
Our wedding day was perfect. It was a beautiful misty day in the most breathtaking grounds. We both felt excited and like we would finally be complete. I walked down the aisle to marry my Prince to Perfect by Ed Sheeran. The way Scott looked into my eyes saying his vows melted my heart even more. Scott’s loving speech and our first dance to All of Me Loves all of You by John Legend were both amazing! We made memories we will cherish forever.
