My matron of honor, mother, bridesmaids, a couple of other close girlfriends, and I started the wedding day in a beach house in South Haven, MI. Getting ready for the wedding day was a dream come true there. The sunshine was coming through the windows and you could hear the waves on the beach not far away. I truly felt like royalty. My photographer took so many great getting-ready photos and I treasure them!
I was so eager to get my dress on for the day. It was my favorite part of getting ready for our wedding. By the time I saw my groom, David, just before the wedding, the day felt like a fairy tale.
