John and I met and married in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Almost ten years after attending high school together, we decided to start our lives together. The ceremony was held in a beautiful church in downtown Beaver, and the reception was held at a stone castle called Shakespeare's Restaurant and Pub. Only a royal dress would do for our formal affair. My mother and I chose this dress because it was simply perfect for a modern princess. It was also the first dress to make her cry. This dress completed my fairy tale, but celebrating our wedding surrounded by friend and family was the dream come true.
