Matt and I got married in the Adirondacks and had an amazing and memorable day. Our ceremony was supposed to take place outside overlooking the water but the weather didn't cooperate so we had to move our ceremony inside. It was rainy and windy that day and the wind knocked the power out. We had rented a fancy port-a-potty which turned out to have a generator! It was enough to power our DJ but not the lights. Our centerpieces were candle lanterns and with some extra candles we had plenty of light. When the power came back on later that night we had the lights turned back off. It was an amazing day!

I tried Lorie on, my first day of dress shopping. I tried on a lot of other dresses and always kept comparing them to Lorie. The big bow in front was a bit much for me, so I took that off and just left the center detail. I received a lot of complements on my dress and I loved wearing it! I wish I had a reason to wear it again.
