I met David soon after relocating to Myrtle Beach. I remember growing up my parents always telling me, "When you meet your soulmate, you will just know. It's a feeling that is like no other, and can not be described." That feeling came with David. We married on the Outer Banks of North Carolina at the Roanoke Island Aquarium in Manteo on September 8, 2012. What was to be a sunset wedding turned into a wedding by the fish tanks because it decided to storm less than an hour before the ceremony. I remember walking down the aisle and David was doing all he could to hold back tears! Regardless, it was beautiful, and the rain let up and the sun came out just in time for our sunset photos!
