We've been together since 8th grade. 17 years later and two beautiful children later we finally got married. I'm blessed to have married my best friend, my everything. Until one of my many visits to my favorite boutique. The owner brought to my attention that no matter what dress I tried on I asked her to go and get Victoriana-almost as if I was comparing it to all the others.Sure enough this was my sign that this was the dress for me! As the seamstress hemmed the dress for me, she used part of the fabric from the bottom of the dress to make the detachable piece that I wore around my shoulders for the church.
