I had a family shopping day planned with all of the girls. It would have been my second trip since I hadn't found anything that wowed me on the first. Unfortunately, my husbands Grandma wasn't going to be able to make it. On a whim I rounded up only his 2 grandmothers and his mother and we stopped in at a local shop that same day, no appointment needed. I had no intention of really finding anything that day, so I let the family choose dresses that they wanted to see me in. In the process the Alandra caught my eye. It had exactly the type of skirt I was looking for. However, I was hesitant because it wasn't what I wanted as far as silhouette and it was only the second dress I tried on. It was beautiful! I moved on through the rest of the families selections, and at the end I was back in the Alandra. I had fallen in love! It fit my personality perfectly! I cried the whole way home in the car. With every fitting I fell more and more in love with it. I chose to wear it without the belt, instead I had a piece of the belt made into a clip to go in my hair, which came out perfect! On our wedding day I felt more beautiful than I could have ever imagined I would... and my husband loved it too! Thank you Maggie!
