I always knew I would be a Maggie Bride even long before I was engaged! But unfortunately in my small town Maggie Sottero dresses are hard to come across. I actually ended up putting a deposit on a dress (which wasn't a Maggie Sottero) that I ended up canceling a week later because something didn't feel right. Luckily I got a full refund on my deposit! I told my mom that it didn't feel right buying a wedding dress when I didn't get to try on any Maggie Sottero dresses. So we drove an hour and a half away to the nearest store that sold Maggie dresses and as soon as I saw Chadley in the front window I knew it was "The One"! I got so excited that I ran into the store to see the dress up close and was kindly reminded by the consultant that I needed to remove my boots!
I tried the dress on and instantly got "that" feeling. I finally didn't feel like I needed to try on anything else (I had already tried on at least 45 other dresses by this point). The dress was perfect for me!
My husband told me he wanted to see me in a 'poufy' dress which was great for me because that's exactly what I wanted!
He loved the dress I chose and was shocked to see that it was poufy but also had bit of a mermaid style to it!
The dress made me feel like a princess while still feeling sexy by showing off my curves!
