I remember walking into the bridal shop, my very first appointment. I had the idea in my head that I was going to wear a fitted mermaid style gown. Going through the racks, I pulled several of that style and headed toward the dressing room. As I walked passed a tiny rack with just a few * Penny. No idea why because it was nothing that I thought I would end up with. Since I figured I would get the one I knew I wouldn't love out of the way, I put that one on first. To my incredibly emotional surprise, I stepped out of the dressing room and fell in love! It felt comfortable, light, soft, flowy and elegant. I felt like a goddess! I was ready to take it right then and there but was told by the sales woman that it was only my first shop and they would hate if I pounced on the first dress and then regretted it later. I took the advice and went to several other bridal shops and tried on tons of dresses. None of them made me feel the way this one did and I knew my search was over. I went back and purchased it. For our oceanside Cape Cod wedding, there couldn't have been a more perfect dress and I felt like the most beautiful bride. Thank you Maggie!
